It is composed of: A large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchen. 3 spacious bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with 2 single beds) with their own shower rooms and, of course, all with their own storage spaces. 2 shower rooms are available. IDEAL RENTAL FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE FAMILY VACATION. The apartment will be ready and clean for your arrival. Guest access MASTERLOCK and SELF CHECK-IN: Please note that in the event of self check-in (late and/or without an available appointment), the Masterlock to collect the keys is located in front of our real estate agency. You will first have to come to the agency to pick up the keys before going to the apartment. The code will be sent on the day of check-in. The entire property is reserved for you. CLEANING INFORMATION: Cleaning is included free of charge and includes cleaning after the stay as well as the rental of bed and bath linens from a professional laundry service, which we also offer. One bath towel per person is included. We also provide welcome kits for the first moments of your trip (not for the entire stay, as in a hotel), namely: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), garbage bag, floor cleaning products, kitchen towel, etc. PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to charge you for a cleaning service if you do not take care of the apartment (garbage cans taken out, dishes washed and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for the bathrooms, etc.) Here are the steps our service providers follow when cleaning: - Ventilation of the rooms. -Cleaning and disinfection of all points of contact (doorknobs, chairs, tables, etc.). - Bed and bath linens are washed at high temperatures by a professional laundry service. After your booking confirmation, you will automatically receive a link to ENSO CONNECT, an official authorized partner of Airbnb, in order to complete your information via a boarding pass that allows you to access the sensitive information about the accommodation and to browse a catalog of additional (and non-mandatory) services.
