The space Our property features a Queen bed with large ensuite & spa bath. Plenty of cozy seating areas for socialising including a furnished balcony, lounge and dining areas. Fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, two door fridge, oven & cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and pantry. Everything you need for your home away from home! Guest access Guests can access all areas of the apartment! Guests also have full use of the resort facilities including a huge pool, spa and tennis court. Other things to note - There is only 1 allocated car space available. There are 2 visitor car spaces and on-street parking if you have an extra vehicle. - There will be a ‘starter pack’ of consumables to last 1-2 days including shampoo, soap, dish liquid, tea, coffee, etc. If your stay is longer, it is expected that you will source your own items for the remainder of your stay. - The building is conveniently located on Marine Parade across from the Broadwater and you may hear occasional road noise.
