It is bordered by a large rammed-earth wall with an opening on the west side to enjoy unobstructed views of Lyon and the Monts du Lyonnais, as well as magnificent sunsets. Access to the property is via an electric gate, with 6 parking spaces inside as well as additional parking options in the immediate vicinity. The property includes the main house and two discreetly occupied annexes, which are not overlooked and do not interact with the guests' private areas. If necessary, quick assistance can be provided for any technical problem concerning the house or the facilities (swimming pool, SPA, etc.) With the exception of the east facade (entrance and parking side), the house, outdoor areas, pool, hot tub and sauna are entirely private for your stay, with the relaxation areas not overlooked. Important information for families with young children: due to the atypical configuration of the premises, the pool is equipped with a regulatory alarm, but has neither a barrier nor a protective cover/dome. Special vigilance on the part of parents is therefore essential. The place is particularly suitable for stays with family or friends seeking tranquility and relaxation facilities.
