Lost fobs incur a $100 fee. Guest access Aside from having the entire house to yourself Sawcreek Estates has amazing amenities and there is so ,much to do in the Pocono Mountains. The area has so much to offer during your stay from skiing, tubing, horseback riding, biking, zip lining, fishing, Bushkill Falls waterfalls and hiking, squirmish, golf, wineries, the Delaware River Water Gap and so much more; there’s something for everyone and certainly no shortage of fun to be had! Stop by Mount Air Casino, Tree Ventures, Great Wolf Lodge, Tannersville Outlets and more! The property is less than 15 minutes away from Bushkill Falls, Shawnee ski/snow tubing resort, & Watertown Gap. There are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of the house. Less than an hour from Camelback ski resort/water park, Mount Airy casino resorts, Pocono outlets (over 125 stores) & many more. At Saw Creek Estates, you can enjoy the comfort and security of a gated community. Summer and Winter Amenities include 2 indoor pools, 4 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, 2 ponds, a beach, racquetball courts, a fitness center, ski hill with lift, a baseball field, basketball courts, meeting rooms, the TOW Restaurant atop the development, and many events for everyone. Most amenities for 6 people are included with rental rate. Guest will have access to 6 fobs to use the amenities. Children under 6 do not need a fob. These fobs allow access to all the activities within the community. If extra passes are needed please stop by the office and request an amenity pass. There is additional costs paid directly to the Sawcreek office. All fobs must be returned and any missing fobs will result in aa charge of $100 per fob. During the winter skiing is available within the community with 3 ski slopes and 1 chair lift (at an additional cost). Skiing/snowtubing at Shawnee Mountain (15 min drive) Other things to note Must be 25 and older to book The Buxton Lodge. The lodge has a keyless entry. A PIN number will be given to you 24 hours before check in. Your pin will work from your check in time until 11:00am on your check out day. No fireworks are allowed with in this community. Any use of fireworks results in a heavy fine and ticket the HOA. No house parties allowed. No use of illegal drugs of any kind or excessive drinking to the point of loss of control are not permitted on the property. Evidence of the above will result in the loss of your security deposit. In addition, any damages to the property will be charged to you. The safety of our guests and neighbors are of utmost importance to us. Please be thoughtful of our neighbors. Some live there year round and sounds carry over the mountains. Quiet hours are 10-8am Sunday -Thursday and 11-8am Friday and Saturday. No loud music or yelling during these times. The advertised price listed is for a 7 person occupancy. Groups larger than 7 will be charged an additional $25 nightly rate per guest. Toddler Air mattress available as well as two large sectional sofas. We charge a $100 pet fee/per pet per stay. A cleaning charge is added to each stay of $175.
