CAUTION: There is a big step down the stairs, so be careful! The property does end adjacent to the fire pit, so don’t venture too far or you might end up on somebody else’s property. Other things to note Pet Rules: 🐾 Bringing Your pet Along? We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets to the cabin so they can enjoy the Catskills adventure too! A few simple guidelines help keep the space comfortable for everyone: • Please include your pet in the reservation before booking. • Maximum of 1 pet unless approved in advance. • Dogs should be house-trained and treated for fleas/ticks. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring your own cover/blanket. • Muddy paws happen — please wipe paws before coming inside. • Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the cabin unless comfortably crated. • Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay. • Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, stains, or odors. We love hosting fellow dog lovers and appreciate your help keeping the cabin clean, cozy, and enjoyable for future guests and furry visitors alike 🐶🌲 Please note: While the road is plowed, it is a private dirt road, so 4 wheel drive is required when there is heavy snow fall. Hot Tub Maintenance: We do our best to schedule hot tub maintenance when guests are not occupying the property. However, this is not always the case. We will do our best to let you know if we have our technician coming beforehand. Additionally, if previous guests leave the cover off of the hot tub, or change the heating mode, the temperature might drop. It does take a while for the tub to heat up. If this is the case, we sincerely apologize, and will do everything we can to make it right. Critters: The cabin is in the woods, so there might be some outdoor critters around (spiders, snakes, bugs). We do our best to make sure everything inside and around the property is as clean as possible for our guests, but there might be the occasional critter around. Power Outage: In the event of a power outage in the Winter, the heat will not work (electric baseboard heaters). The fireplace can be your source of heat. We will work best to get the road plowed in a timely manner. Concierge Services: Our amazing property managers offer a variety of concierge services that we can arrange for guests. If you are coming up for a special occassion or just a 1 night getaway, feel free to ask for more details on availability for: *Private Chefs *Catered Meals *Charcuterie Boards *Pre-Stocked Refrigerator (so you don't have to shop) *Local Fresh Baked Goods *Local Fresh Seasonal Produce *Picnic Baskets *Babysitting/Child Care *Floral Arrangements ...and much more!
