This apartment is a 1-bedroom with comfortable double bed, closets, bathroom with shower, kitchen near the living room and a large open sky terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. Access The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation. Important Notes : Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light. Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions. Smoking isn’t allowed inside. Thank you in advance for understanding. Guest access On your check-in day, unless agreed in advance, the keys are usually handed over at the agency from 3:00 p.m. You can then go to the accommodation whenever you want. Our agency is located in Nice, 2 Avenue Saint Jean Baptiste. Access from the airport by tram line 2 stop "Garibaldi le Château" Access from the Nice-Ville SNCF train station by tram line 1 stop "Garibaldi" Other things to note If you arrive late in the evening (outside of the opening hours of the agency) : no problem. The keys will be available in one of the key boxes on the facade of the agency and the code of the key box will be sent to you on your check-in day.
