Guest access Guests have access to the Penthouse Suite and its private balcony, the Spa Patio, the Ridge Patio, and the Beachfront Lounge Areas and Beach. The Penthouse Suite is in the same building as other units; however, it is a completely separate apartment with its own entry. Private areas: The owners live in the apartment on the main floor straight down the main path. Additionally, the Garden Suite is a separate suite available for booking (airbnb.com/h/chicobayinn-gardensuite) and is located adjacent to the owner's apartment on the bottom level next to the garden. Note: The Garden Suite has a Garden Patio that features a gas grill, gas fire table, and chairs, and is for exclusive use of guests that book the Garden Suite. Please use the Penthouse private balcony with your own private gas grill, gas fire table, chairs, and lounge chairs. Other things to note The Penthouse Suite is not completely soundproof, and you may hear sounds from other units. Chico Bay Inn has a parking lot; Guests are allowed one parking spot (a second parking spot can be made available upon request). We also want to disclose that we have exterior video cameras on the property that actively record outside of the house as well as a doorbell camera outside of the Penthouse Suite entry.
