From the balcony – and even from the comfortable king-size box spring bed – you’ll enjoy a spectacular view over the entire Schanfigg valley, the Hochwang, the Untersee and the Schiesshorn. The bright 1.5-room flat also includes high-speed internet (300 Mbit/s), Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a flat-screen TV. The practical and well-equipped kitchenette (with ceramic hob, microwave/grill, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette sets) is cleverly placed in the entrance area, separate from the living and sleeping space. You will fall in love with it. ⸻ 📍 Location Thanks to the “Zentrum” bus stop right in front of the building, you can reach any destination in and around Arosa in just a few minutes using the free local/ski bus. The Weisshorn cable car and train station are just a few minutes’ walk or one bus stop away. You’ll also find a variety of cafés, restaurants, and specialty shops nearby in the heart of Arosa. There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired. The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter. Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
