Offering a clean, safe, friendly, relaxing and private stay at a reasonable price. Our house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 very separate living areas. I am in separate private residence downstairs. Relax in peace and quiet. Special consideration for students on placements or short fixed-term option! We have 3 separate rooms listed. My house is very big on 2 separate levels, so plenty of privacy. I am very friendly and approachable. However, I like to leave guests in peace, unless you want a chat or need assistance, where I am only too happy to help. :) Guest access You will have access to guest only bathroom. Feel free to use guest only kitchen to prepare your meals. Exclusive use of guest fridge available. Plenty of cupboard space for your own groceries. Free light breakfast is included! Enjoy a variety of cereals, toast with a choice of many spreads. :-) Occasionally, I may have other guests staying in my other listed rooms. If this is a concern, please check, if you will be the only guest during your stay. I always very careful to ensure guest comfort and safety. For our security, we do have a security camera, external front of house. Definitely nothing inside! :) As I sometimes have my daughter staying with me, I am limited sometimes who I can host. :) Please understand you are requesting a booking. Airbnb will take your payment upon request, which may not be refunded in to your account for 3 days.
