The space The house has one queen bed, and 1 sofa bed, a living room and a kitchen. No access to the loft. Perfect for a quick getaway. Guest access Guests have access to the Tiny Home, a vehicle space can accommodate two small vehicles. Please be aware there is a $10 fee per vehicle that will be collected at the security gate when checking in. Front and backyard with a patio lounge area, and all the Resort's on-site amenities. The Thousand Trails hot tub is now available for guests to use. For internet we offer T-Mobile 5G internet, capable of handling streaming TV services and a few connected devices. *The pool is unheated. *We do entertain pets on a Case by case basis, for a small fee of - $50 each pet per stay. *For Wi-Fi, we use a mobile Wi-Fi Hotspot at the property for internet access, and the smart home systems are powered by it. The hotspot provides enough internet to run the streaming TVs and possibly one more device, but it is not capable of high-speed activity. The resort offers internet if you need a higher speed connection. *In-Resort Coin operated Washer & Dryer available For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located: total of 2 cameras installed for listing. 1 at the front door (capturing the guests that are entering the property) and 1 at the backyard (capturing the backyard) and is recording 24/7 during the reservation. Check-in time is from 4 PM until 10 PM. The latest time that you can check in is 10 PM. The Guard gate is open until 10PM, if arriving for the 1st time check-in, you will have to press the call button on the phone box at the Rangers Station, you may have to wait 10-15 minutes for Staff to come to the Station to let them in. You will be provided a code to enter after your check-in registration.
