Our home provides guests the secluded and serene feeling of a lake house with great accessibility to many points of interest for food and fun within 5-15 minutes. You're within 10 minutes of historic North Kansas City, River Market, The Crossroads, Power & Light and many other great KC destinations. The Plaza, Westport and Crown Center are between 10-15 minutes away. The space The main level of our home features a bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, full kitchen, dining room with table, a living room with a cozy sitting area and our sun-rich sunroom with scenic views of wooded nature, a glimpse of KC’s skyline & a TV equipped with Apple TV and fast internet. Perfect for relaxing while sipping a drink or getting in the zone to knock out some work. The basement has a separate entrance by the single-car garage. The basement has an additional bedroom with a full bed, full bathroom with tub shower, and a separate living room area for entertainment. The basement is also where the washer/dryer is located as well as a walk out to the backyard patio from the utility room. Guest access Guests will have the entire home as their own during their stay.
