Access is via stairs, as the Loft is on the upper floor of the house A parking space in front of the pool — ask us about the height of the gate if your vehicle is tall. We also have a laundry, barbecue, wood-fired oven and outdoor sink — areas are shared with the accommodation below, which is seasonal. 💦 The swimming pool isn't heated The space Our space is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and practicality during their stay. The house is equipped to make you feel comfortable from start to finish. ✨ What we offer: A large space with a large living room, kitchen and bathroom, the beds are together. 2 Double Beds 1 Retractable sofa in the living room Extra mattress for over 4 guests 42" Smart TV with assorted channels Bluetooth Sound Box with Charger Wi-Fi available throughout the environment Iron and Hairdryer. Fully-equipped kitchen! Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and basic utensils. Blender - Coffee maker - Electric kettle - Microwave, Sandwich maker and Fan. In the Laundry Room, there is a Laundry Sink and Washing Machine (downstairs). Swimming pool next to the Host's house. THIS HOUSE IS SHARED WITH A LOFT UPSTAIRS AND THE HOST'S HOUSE, THE MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE IN THE COURTYARD IS COMMON. IF YOU WANT MORE PRIVACY, WE HAVE HOUSES WITHOUT SHARING ANYTHING. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire interior of the Loft 🏡— with a bathroom, living room, kitchen and a space reserved for the beds, all lovingly prepared to make you feel at ease and have complete privacy. When you close the door, the space is completely reserved, ensuring comfort and tranquility. The outdoor areas, such as the swimming pool, garage, barbecue area and laundry (with a sink and washing machine), are shared with another vacation home below on the same property. 🔑 Self Check-in with convenience and freedom We have a key safe, which allows Self Check-in, offering total freedom to arrive at the time that is most convenient (from 2 p.m. or as previously agreed). The safe's password is sent as soon as the cleaning staff finishes preparing the accommodation. You can also store the key in the safe when you leave, preventing anyone in the group from being locked outside and helping to avoid the risk of losing the key during the tours. Other things to note 🌺 Important information We are located in the north of Florianópolis Island, in the São João do Rio Vermelho neighborhood, a quiet region close to several beautiful beaches! To help with the planning of the tours, here is a list with the approximate distances to some of them: 🏖️ Mozambique Beach – 5 km (Perfect for nature lovers and hikers! Some nearby streets lead to access through native forest. Not recommended for children or the elderly because of the route.) 🌊 Ingleses Beach – 7 km 🐚 Gaivotas Beach – 9 km ☀️ Canasvieiras Beach – 12 km 🐠 Barra da Lagoa Beach – 13 km 🏄 Joaquina Beach – 19 km 💦 Important: We kindly ask that you do not bring food or drinks to the pool area and that you pay extra attention to children and pets, as the pool does not have a protective fence. The surrounding floor can get slippery when wet, so it's good to be careful when walking around. We ask that you do not use it on rainy days, and water treatment is suspended under these conditions, as there are risks, including electric shock to the pool attendant who works. 🧺 In the shared laundry room, we ask that you do not leave clothes in the washing machine or in the tub, so that everyone can use the space comfortably and practically 🔇 There is a law in Florianópolis that prohibits the use of speakers and other sound equipment on the beaches. Do not take our little speaker to the beach, as the sand and sea air also damage the equipment.
