It is comprised of a cozy living room with TV connected to local cable, a dining area and a large balcony with a panoramic sea view. The balcony is furnished with four outdoor wooden chairs and a table suitable for a Lebanese breakfast. The rooms are newly furnished. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a wardrobe, two side tables, a window that opens on a quite backyard and an AC. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower tube, hot water, towels and essentials. The second room has two single beds (100cm width), one side table, a commode with three drawers, a cloth stand, and a sofa. It has a window that opens on a quite backyard and an AC. Bed sheets and towels are provided for both rooms. The second bathroom is not connected to any of the rooms, it opens on the corridor. The guest bathroom doesn’t provide a shower. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, blender, kettle and coffee machine. All utensils for cooking and dining are provided. For remote worker, a separate room is equipped to serve as an office, with high speed wifi. This apartment also provide a free parking on premises. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Electricity is available 23.5/7 (generator/solar). Cleaning services during stays are provided for additional fees.
