COVID-19 Cleaning Protocol/Bed-Bug free guarantee We understand the importance of your health and safety, especially during these uncertain times. That's why we make sure to take all the necessary precautions to keep you protected. Bed-bug proof covers protect our mattresses, and we follow a strict cleaning protocol that ensures every surface is thoroughly sanitized after each use, including all door and cabinet handles and our genuine leather sofa. We also wash all linens, blankets, and cushion covers to ensure they are clean and hygienic. Our reviews are a testament to our promise of providing guests with a clean and hygienic stay. How do we accomplish our cleaning goals for our guests? We pay a fair wage to our retired housekeeper for cleaning a single condominium daily. This enables her to devote enough time to do an outstanding job without feeling exhausted. Cleaning is her passion, and she takes great pride in her work. We ensure that our housekeepers are content and only employ individuals who enjoy cleaning. Rooms Relax in the Master bedroom with a comfortable Queen-size bed for a restful night's sleep. A cozy Full-Size bed is also available in a separate open-concept room within the condo. Additional Keys Extra keys are available upon request but must be pre-arranged before arrival. Crib We provide a crib, but it must be pre-arranged for placement in the condo. Parking If you have a car, parking is available for an additional $35.00 per night. Amenities Guests can enjoy full access to the fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during their stay, as well as a private balcony to relax and take in the evening ambiance. The outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center are also available for guest use. Please note these amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, or cleaning beyond our control. The building’s central air conditioning system may likewise require periodic maintenance or repairs, and while every effort is made to ensure smooth operation, unexpected interruptions may occur and are handled by the building’s engineering team. If dependable air conditioning is essential, alternative accommodations are recommended, as unforeseen issues with the central system may arise beyond our control. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility. Other things to note Please note that we have a strict no-noise policy in effect. Parties or gatherings are prohibited within the building premises, as the residents are susceptible to noise. Please be informed that this condominium is exclusively reserved for our guests. We kindly request visitors to refrain from entering the premises. If you intend to meet your friends or family, please do so outside the condominium or at their residence. Please note that visitors will be considered additional guests and may be subject to an extra fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the condo, including the balcony. A breach of our smoking policy will result in a $500 forfeiture. Please be considerate of your neighbours and do not interfere with their enjoyment of the condominium building at any time of the day or night. By entering the condominium building, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of the By-law and agree to abide by the restrictions during your tenancy at 300 Front St W. This ensures that the rights of all residents and visitors are protected. Failure to comply with the conditions of the By-law may result in the notification of the O.P.P., who may issue a Notice of Offence, carrying a fine of $3000.00 for a first offence. We want you to have a pleasant stay, but we also want to request you to be considerate of other residents. Thank you. Guest access Guests will be given a key fob and door keys. Other things to note The building features a central heating and air conditioning system, with the property manager implementing a seasonal switch-off. During the winter months, the air conditioning side is deactivated while the heat side remains operational, and vice versa in the summer. This arrangement is in place to safeguard the central system from potential damage. It ensures that air conditioning is unavailable in winter to prevent freezing of the pipes, while heating is disabled during summer to maintain system integrity. Registration Details STR-2604-HWDHPY
