This is a private bedroom and private bath in a 2 bed 2 bath condo. Free parking is included which is in the basement. It’s 4mins walk from gateway station. Very transit-friendly and we have grocery and pharmacy 2-4 mins walk away. There is a really awesome gym 10 mins walk away. Your bathroom has the laundry machine. There is fully equipped full kitchen to share and use and it has dining space and balcony with couch and plants. Condo is new so everything is brand new. If needed I’m happy to share recommendations and chat. Other things to note It’s very important to follow house rules! This room is just for 1 person so no guests allowed. Keeping the space clean is also very important. Since it’s a monthly rental, you will get the clean place and then will have to keep it clean yourself. I will provide cleaning supplies. The cleaning fee is to give you a clean space to begin with but doesn’t cover any regular cleaning.
