Welcome to Sunset Bungalow. A beautiful guest house located on historic Sunset Dr in the city of Redlands. Within walking distance to renowned Kimberly Crest Mansion at Prospect Park. Downtown Redlands is just a few short minutes drive away along with University of Redlands, Loma Linda University, Redlands Hospital, Loma Linda Hospital, VA Hospital and ESRI. Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space Beautiful Home with a sitting area in a covered porch that provides beautiful views. Guest access: Our guests will have access to their own covered porch that provides beautiful views of the canyon and the mountains. The home includes a fully furnished living room with dining room, kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed there is also a pull out sofa or if you prefer a queen size air mattress with an electric pump with extra sheets, blankets, and pillows Other things to note: SELF CHECK IN: We try to personally greet all of our guests, but in the event we are delayed or otherwise occupied we will make other accommodations to get you the keys. Please ENTER and EXIT the west side of the turn around driveway which is the side closest to Alessandro Dr. Parking is immediately to the left and will have a Bungalow parking sign posted. HEAT AND AIR: The thermostat remote for the heating and air is located in the living room and bedroom. We request that you put the switch in the “off" position when you depart. WIFI INFO NETWORK: Sunset Guest PASSWORD:10881088 IRONING BOARD: There is an Ironing board and iron in the bedroom closet. Check in is after 3:00 pm Check out is 10:00 am Our reservation schedule if generally very full making a later check out hard to accommodate. DEPARTURE: TAKE OUT TRASH: When you check out we ask that you throw away all trash in the big trash can next to the container. Right across the driveway. TOWELS IN HAMPERS: Please place all used towels on the countertop in the bathroom. LINENS: Please leave the bed unmade, and all linings including any extra blankets used in a pile in the middle of the bed. Air mattress: please unscrew the air cap to release the air in the mattress. Please roll it up and place it back in its storage bag. The washer and dryer are for your personal items. Soap is in the cabinet across from the washer. PLEASE DO NOT WASH OUR TOWELS OR LINENS. DISHES AND UTENSILS : During the course of your stay and up to the night before your departure, PLEASE WASH ALL GLASSWARE, UTENSILS, DISHES AND PANS, and leave them in the strainer to dry. We will put them away. Guest access Only One parking space is assigned for our guest. The accessible space outside is the porch and Parking area. Other things to note Our home is in the hills so we do have wildlife and such roaming around. We have two units on our property. They both are completely separate and do not share any of the outdoor areas. If you have any sensitivities please reach out to us so we can have a conversation before you book.
