Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house and outdoor spaces. The Garage is reserved for owner storage. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note ✸ Weekly Care: Hot tub service on Tuesdays; yard maintenance on Thursdays. ✸ Trash & Recycling: Pickup is Tuesdays. Bins are located in the alley; purple bin is for recycling. ✸ Extended Stays: For bookings over 30 nights, a $175 monthly insurance fee applies. ✸ Pets: Dogs welcome with $200 non-refundable deposit. Please inform us at booking. No cats or other animals. ✸ Tech & Charging: Plenty of USB-A ports available. Bring USB-C adapters if needed. ✸ We provide a starter set of basic toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and other essentials. You may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. ✸ Safety: Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance for your protection. No cameras inside. ✸ Our team is nearby if you need assistance. However, any extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged separately. If you choose to smoke outside, please ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of safely in the ashtray provided or in the outside garbage can.
