In the heart of a typical small Landes village, this modern and spacious villa will delight your vacation. You can relax in the spa (available from 05/15 to 11/15) in complete privacy, or enjoy the covered terrace for chill moments or family meals. Your pet is welcome (free of charge but subject to conditions). Looking forward to hosting you in our beautiful region! The space Single-storey villa of about 150 m2. Covered terrace available with BBQ, hammock, and the necessary garden furniture. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, as well as the entire outdoor garden. No neighbors in sight thanks to natural hedges. Other things to note The cleaning fee is not included in the Price. If you choose you'll be charged €150. Dogs are welcome under conditions ( contact the host about this before any final booking) but must not sleep in the rooms or climb on the sofas. Cats not allowed. Only 1 dog allowed per stay. It is of course forbidden to charge electric cars from this listing. If you would like to have access to the spa outside the period from May 15 to November 15, we will be happy to offer it to you for an additional charge of €20/night.
