Refurbished this year, it offers modern comfort. In the middle of nature, the house is a 200 m walk from Senoches Forest, on a GR route and 100 m from a pond. No neighbors: enjoy the view from the garden terrace. Quiet guaranteed ;) The space The house is 85 m2, it is fully equipped, completely redone this year with neat decor. It consists of - a ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen and its round table, a living room with fireplace bathed in light, a bathroom (shower tub and washing machines & dryer) and a double bedroom (a 160 X 200 bed, a desk) with view and access to the garden. - a first floor composed of a double bedroom (160 x 200 bed), a toilet and a large space with single beds (2), a sofa bed and a baby bed (+ 1 folding crib). The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well insulated. Other things to note 10 minutes from La Loupe train station (TER from Paris), 1.5 hours by car from Paris. The Senoches Forest is a 300-meter walk away, we can go mountain biking, jogging or hiking. There is a small pond with a very charming washhouse on the path at the bottom of the house (possibility to fish there) and many bike rides from the house. We are 3 km from "No Limit Adventure" Digny (tree climbing, paintball etc.), 5 km from the Fontaine Simon aquatic center (indoor pool ideal for children in winter and pond with wakeboard in summer). The area is full of many flea markets, walks, and cultural activities.
