Located 40 minutes from tourist sites and 10 minutes from the A6 motorway, it is conveniently located to allow you to discover Burgundy with your family. The cottage consists of: an open kitchen, a living-dining room, an office, 2 bathrooms and toilet, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a large double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds), a garden with furniture and barbecue, not fenced and bordered by a little-used path. Beds made, bath linen provided (1 bath sheet/pers.), cleaning included. A6 access 10 min away. Guest access An outdoor area, located at the back of the house, is reserved for guests and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Independent of the house and accessible from the outside, this unfenced space is bordered by a small, little-used path. Pets should not be left in the property alone.
