This small, aesthetically done room in Green Park is on second floor ( no elevator) and you will have to carry your luggage. If you need help, do let us know in advance. Also the ceiling of the room is low at roughly the 7 feet with 3 stairs going down to your room. The basic budget room may suit singles, students, volunteers and backpackers. Note : read the desc below to be sure of what to expect :) you can chk our other listing too - airbnb.co.in/h/bliss-peaceful-room-in-south-delhi The space # Simple, minimalist small room with friendly hosts being offered for a budget traveller at almost one third the price of accomodation in this area # The photos have been taken by airbnb with wide angle so the space may look bigger, please NOTE that the room is pretty small ( 7 ft * 8 ft) with a single bed (3 * 6 ft) and also has a raised alcove for keeping luggage n other things. # Safe, and usually quiet upscale south Delhi neighborhood # Centrally located: 10 min walk to metro stations, 100 mtrs away from lively Green park market full of cafes and eateries # Close to Hauz Khas Village, Monuments, Deer park - a big forest area with lake and walkways, Lodhi garden, India habitat centre, Siri fort # Separate independent entrance; no time restrictions # Modest neat and clean adjacent washroom (not ensuite) with bucket-bath provision. No shower at the moment. Geyser and hot water available but No central heating. # Kitchen and washing machine ( nominal charges) on ground floor # You can warm the food in GF kitchen but cooking not allowed # Mattress is semi soft good for the back, if you need the extra luxurious soft ones, this may not be for you. # We have a friendly Indie dog called Cotton who may like to meet you when you come or even otherwise. Usually v quiet. # Very short and rare power cuts during peak summer, AC ( heater in winters) will not function during power cuts, only fan and light is on inverter. # Value for money # Airport and station pickup n drop available on request Guest access The terrace can be used by guest, its also shared by owners sometimes. Guests will have to come to ground floor for meals if they opt for it, they can share the dining space , living room to generally sit around or chat. If the guests want to use the kitchen to warm the food, they will have to come to the ground floor. During your stay We are available here most of time to interact, offer help and share local recommendations. Other things to note 1. Usage of washing machine is charged at Rs 250 per load of upto 10 clothes. ( to meet cost of essentials and usage).
