Private driveway parking area for the guests, and private deck which offers outdoor seating, large umbrella and a Weber gas grill. Yard is shared by one single mature (family member) quiet tenant in rear on the opposite side of home. Has their own driveway on other side of house and their own entrance. Please note that while there are two bedrooms, we do ask for no more than one couple or two single guests at once time. Two person maximum occupancy.
