The air conditioning can be activated on request (for a fee) and is present in all rooms, a free-standing fan in the kitchen, there are also mosquito nets on the windows The accommodation is located at the beginning of Viale Serristori and in the central area, a few meters from the pedestrian center with shops, restaurants, venues of various kinds, from the tourist port where we find bars, characteristic and trendy restaurants, the apartment it is located in a quiet position away from the noise of the pedestrian area. By staying in this apartment you will be able to move around even without a car. The apartment is brand new and furnished using natural materials such as wood and excellent quality furnishings. The location of the apartment allows you to easily reach other areas of San Vincenzo and the neighboring villages, also using bus and train. The train station can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Free parking in the immediate vicinity or about 200/300 meters away, for a fee in the Tourist Port area.
