A self-contained annex so you can come and go as you please with your own entrance, king sized bed, en-suite bathroom/shower and free street parking. Located next to the Hampshire Arms pub and a short walk to The Plume of Feathers and Crondall Stores it offers idyllic country surroundings perfect for retreats, overnight stays and longer escapes. The space King sized bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and sink. Single level with private access door. Attached to main house as an annex. There are no cooking facilities other than a kettle and a small fridge and no TV. The accommodation is for two people only. Not suitable for babies or small children. Guest access Private access to bedroom and bathroom. Patio doors will be locked so no access to garden area or patio. Not suitable for smokers as there’s no outside area and we don’t permit smoking or vaping on the driveway outside the property. Other things to note This property is next to the Hampshire Arms so on the odd occasions music and guests may be heard on weekends. The accommodation is for two people only.
