It's our goal to make a pleasant experience for the guests. The space This is a self check-in house, perfectly located providing easy access to everything Katy/Houston has to offer. Well-suited for families looking to relax and feel right at home with fully equipped kitchen, all brand new appliances and furnitures. Guest access 1 street parking in front of the main entrance. 2 more parking spaces in the back of the house, on driveway, right in front of the garage. Other things to note Please respect the surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours start at 9PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. There are security cameras outside of house and backyard. There are no cameras inside the house. Please DO NOT smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house. Penalty fees will be applied for violations. No shoes or pets allowed in the home as the owners have animal hair allergies.
