Guests will access the house via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to your arrival via text and email. Other things to note Vital Information: Renters need to be 21 or older. Wire transfers not allowed. STRONG NO-PARTIES & LARGE GATHERINGS RULE: We strictly enforce a policy against parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Any rule violation, unit damage, property disrespect, unreported extra guests, or parties will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. NO SMOKING: No smoking allowed indoors. Smoking inside will result in a $200 fine. Other Notes: Amenities include free WIFI, Smart TVs with Streaming Apps, and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll receive a starter pack of laundry and dishwashing detergent, and one trash bag per bin. Note: While we love and welcome pets, we do have a pet fee of $200.
