This information is required to check guests in at the front desk prior to arrival. - Upon first arrival at the building, guests must identify themselves by presenting their physical ID at the front desk to enter the apartment and/or common areas of the building. - Underage guests may only enter with their parents and must always be supervised by an adult. - Use of common areas is subject to compliance with the building's rules of coexistence. - Do not place clothes or towels on the windows or balconies/terraces of the apartment. - Do not throw paper, cloth, sand, dirt, hard materials or any type of item in sinks, dishwashers and/or toilets. - No pets are allowed in the apartment. - Do not use the elevator or walk through the building's hallways with wet clothes, shoes, and/or feet. - No posters, balloons, or any type of decorative element may be affixed or hung on the walls, doors, windows, or any part of the apartment or building. - Excessive noise or noise between 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. is not allowed. - Smoking and/or vaping (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars and/or any type of non-prescription drug) is not allowed inside the apartment and/or building. This includes outdoor areas such as balconies, terraces, patios and/or roofs. - The use of narcotics, psychotropics, psychedelics, narcotics and/or any type of non-prescribed drug is not allowed inside the apartment and/or the building. - Publishing content on social media that exposes the security of the apartment, building, residents, and/or neighbors is not allowed. - Delivery people cannot enter the building. Guests must receive delivery orders at the door or entrance of the building. - Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned rules by guests implies a monetary penalty that must be assumed by the guest responsible for the reservation. - All monetary expenses due to repairs and/or replacements due to loss and/or damage to the items, furniture and/or infrastructure of the apartment and/or building, generated during the stay, must be borne by the guest responsible for the reservation.
