The space Sleeping Arrangements: Primary Bedroom - King-sized bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two – Two queen-sized beds, smart TV. Bedroom Three – Two queen-sized beds, smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook, dine, and entertain—whether you're preparing a full dinner or a morning coffee. A Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar is provided for your convenience. The dining area comfortably seats six. Outdoor Escape: • Private heated pool • Spacious backyard w/ fire pit • Screened in patio w/ seating Note: Spa located inside of pool is not a hot tub. Pool temperatures will range 78-85 degrees when heater is in use. Other things to note The total number of guests and names must be disclosed at the time of booking. If guest names are not added 2 weeks before arrival your booking will be canceled!!! Any additional guests not disclosed at the time of booking will incur a fee of $100 per guest per night.
