The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. As you step outside the apartment you’ll find yourself next to 2 restaurants, across the street from a boutique and within 1 block of more food options and entertainment. Once you arrive you can enjoy being within walking distance of many options without needing to drive and enjoy downtown Logansport. The space The apartment will be clean and you will always receive clean linens. Guest must acknowledge that the apartment is located on a 2nd level, stairs are required. There is a shared entrance from the street, the shared entrance goes to 2 apartments. The apartment is very spacious and features a dining room, large living room with a twin bed, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and kitchen. The large bedroom has a 1 Queen mattress, the 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin mattresses. Mattresses may be pushed together for a King Size. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests. There is on-street parking available directly in front of the apartment entrance. There is additional parking in a parking lot next to the building. Other things to note Live music till 3am is a possibility from the bar/ restaurant downstairs. The home is not child proof, families should use caution when booking. There is plenty of space for families to feel comfortable. There will be no discount if an insect is encountered on the property. The building is sprayed for bugs as a precaution, to ensure insects do not enter the home, please keep doors/ windows closed at all times. Some of the windows do not have screens on them. There is potential for noise, location is on a busy intersection and some street noise may be heard. There are parties downtown on weekends and holiday weekends, loud music is a possibility. There is a restaurant/ bar downstairs that has live music on weekends and parties and music can go till 3am.
