static caravan sleeps 6 one double bed and two singles and a pull out double in the lounge, bathroom, nice size kitchen and separate dining area- we live on a working small holding just outside Carmarthen where we raise and keep goats, pigs chickens, turkeys and 2 ponies, and Large decking area outside caravan to enjoy the stunning views Near by is some amazing coastlines including Pembrey countrypark and beach, Llansteffan3 miles away and oakwood theme park just 40 mins drive .Min 4 night stay. The space Llansteffan has ties with the poet Dylan Thomas and Fern Hill Farm where he wrote one of his poems and he used to spend holidays with his aunt is a few hundred yards down the road. Unfortunately fern hill is abandoned but there is lots of places like the Dylan Thomas boat house to visit, due to the rural nature of our property we have a number of electricity pylons in the area and one in our lower field if there any concerns regarding them please contact me prior to booking Guest access bed linen provided but not towels , there is also a washing machine available to guests so no need to take all your dirty washing home, there is a large decking area where you can sit and enjoy the breath taking views and guests are welcome to walk around our 18 acres of land which includes a small woodland. I am usually on hand to interact as much or as little as required Other things to note all of our goats and kids are handled daily and I would be more than happy if anyone wanted to meet and I'm happy to answer any questions on raising and keeping goats, you can also enjoy our free range eggs which are collected daily, our aim is to make your holiday an unique experience and one to remember. New for 2024, we have been hand rearing an owl chick, so we can now offer an owl feeding and hopefully an owl flying experience as part of your stay. If you have a passion for owls and birds of prey you can visit the bird of prey centre based in the botanical gardens just outside carmarthen- a fabulous day out where you can experience flying displays and one to one experiences. You can be as involved with our animals as you chose, you are more than welcome to come and feed with us on a daily basis or you can just chill and relax
