We are waiting for our guests to our fully equipped villa with a parking lot, right by the sea. The house has 3 floors. The upper duplex has 4 beds; 2 double beds and 2 single beds. There is a crib. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living room, 3 terraces, all appliances, TV and 3 air conditioners. Sheets, towels, linens are all new. The garden floor can be used independently. There is a double bed, bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator. 2 bathrooms have been renovated. The space The living room has a seating area, a TV, a small table for dining, and an open kitchen. There is one sofa bed.It has a huge terrace with uninterrupted sea views. Upper floor; Bedroom 1- It has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a shelf. It has a terrace with a wonderful sea view in front of it, and when you go up half a staircase, there is a balcony for hanging water heaters and laundry. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. It can accommodate 4 people When you go upstairs again, there is a roof terrace and a magnificent view. Suite apartment on the garden floor; double bed, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and refrigerator are available separately from the upper floor. In total, 6 people can stay comfortably. Downstairs there is a small dining area and a garden with uninterrupted views. The lower floor has a separate entrance. Parents or guests are comfortable on the garden floor. Guest access Full access is free. There is a very nice upper garden with a seating area, terraces with a view and a lower garden with uninterrupted sea views. The house also has a small garden floor with a separate entrance that can be used independently or together. Other things to note It is a typical Bodrum house with house bougainvilleas and the sea. Parking is available on the road in front of the garden gate of the house. Guests must be close to their vehicle for their convenience. There is also a parking lot at the lower level. The house is not a party house. It's in a peaceful, quiet place. It's safe. The garden is surrounded by a wire fence. The garden is watered with a sprinkler system. It is not surrounded by other houses. It is a twin villa, but the entrance is separate and independent. There is an olive grove behind it. It has good and helpful neighbors. The house is on a sloping plot, as can be seen in the photos. Since the house is in the front row in terms of proximity to the sea, vehicles reach the house comfortably, but by passing through ramps.
