If you notice an anomaly when you enter the site (cleanliness, malfunction, incomplete inventory, etc.), please notify us on the day of your arrival (by phone and by sending one or more photos), otherwise the property will be considered to have been given clean and in perfect working order. It is your responsibility to keep the space clean and tidy. A security deposit of €500 will be required by credit card imprint before your arrival via external software such as Wannapay. The amount is not collected, only a bank imprint that will be returned to you at the end of the stay subject to compliance with the house rules and the neighborhood. If you do not confirm the guarantee request, the reservation will be canceled and our cancellation policy will apply. Similarly, in case of self-check-in, if the security deposit is not validated, you will not have the access code. The accommodation is non-smoking but you can smoke outside, an ashtray is available. In case of cigarette burns inside the accommodation, the entire security deposit will be due.
