The space Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed As you step inside, you'll be greeted by our charming home that has retained much its 1920s craftsmanship, including the original woodwork. We've furnished the home to provide all the comforts you need for an extended stay! The living area features a deep sofa and uber-comfortable recliner. Relax and unwind as you watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, equipped with an Amazon Fire TV Stick and included Prime Video subscription. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that provides all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and cooking essentials. Enjoy your creations at the dining table or the outside table, both of which seat 2-4 people. There's also a small portable dishwasher that hooks up to the sink. The comfortable bedrooms are both furnished with beds, soft linens, plush pillows, and a ceiling fan, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The closet is equipped with hangers, giving you room to unpack. One bedroom contains a dresser and the other has a desk equipped with a chair, lamp, and outlets for your work from home setup. The bathroom is adjacent and offers a deep clawfoot tub with shower, fresh towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Downstairs, you'll find a full-sized washer and dryer for your exclusive use. The basement includes two fully finished, unfurnished extra bedrooms. They make for a great storage space, workout area, or private office during your extended stay. There is an unfenced courtyard with grass for pet relief. Since this is a shared space, pets need to be leashed and attended to while outside, and pet waste must be removed promptly. We are 5 blocks from two dog-friendly parks. Our next door neighbor offers dogsitting services with a fenced yard if your pet needs more room to run around - please contact us to be connected! Guest access Your unit is completely private. This is a side-by-side duplex; no one is above or below you. The entrance includes four stairs. The home is located far back from the street, behind neighboring homes, for maximum privacy. As a result, the unit is accessed via a long driveway, which we've included in our photos. Please note that the driveway dips low and requires caution if you have a low-riding car or trailer. There is one free on-site parking space. Additional street parking is available with a city permit. If you're bringing an additional car or oversized vehicle, please contact us at the time of your booking so we can arrange a parking pass for you. Although our driveway is long, it may not be appropriate for all oversized vehicles and trailers due to its narrowness. We are happy to answer any questions that you have regarding parking arrangements. Other things to note One of the highlights of this rental is its fantastic location.
