La Viña Tranquila is a unique, modern, & tranquile place located in a rural Canelones ~40 min from MVD. It's surrounded by fruit trees, eucalyptus, and nature. It's centrally located to visit the wonderful Uruguayan wineries in the area. A great place for singles, couples, and/or small group of friends to relax & escape the city. The house has 2 rooms each with AC units, for a maximum capacity of 4 people & 1 bathroom. There's plenty of open green space on the property. We're pet-friendly! The space The property is 9 acres. There are 2 houses, the one we live in (my husband, daughter, and I) and the guest house (La Viña Tranquila). They are located about 150 meters apart from each other. The soccer field and heated pool (open November - March) are common spaces for both houses. We also have friendly pets (2 cats, 2 dogs, and 8 chickens) you may see wandering the property. We are always available as hosts to help in any way during your stay while respecting your privacy. We are world travelers ourselves and we love hosting our guests and getting to know people. The house has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, electric stovetop burner, microwave, electric water kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dish ware, and silverware. Nearby at just 250 meters away from the entrance of La Viña Tranquila is a Supermercado El Colorado, Carnicería, Fruit & Vegetable stand, Gas Station/ANCAP, Pharmacy, Hardware store. Guest access Guests have private full access to the house, La Viña Tranquila with it's own parking area. The soccer field and pool are shared common areas of the property. You are welcome to explore as much of the property as you like during your stay. Other things to note There is one security camera located at the entrance gate.
