Serenity, seclusion, and beautiful scenery await at this 20-acre historic farm only 14 miles from the Square and Ole Miss. Carrefour is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath farmhouse built in 1895 and updated recently with all new bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. The grounds include a stocked fishing pond and dock (bring your poles) and plenty of space to wander. Get away from it all and catch up on reading thanks to our well-stocked bookshelves, or you can use the high-speed WIFI to stay connected. The space The farmhouse has two queen bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs with three double beds, a setup perfect for two small families with children or one large family. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the other has a walk-in tiled shower. This is a full-time rental property, so the spaces are clean and uncluttered. You will have full privacy while here and can enjoy the peace and quiet. We recommend walking into the back field at night and stargazing, reading a novel on the front porch swing, and doing a little fishing or nature walking. We are perfectly located to enjoy Oxford and Ole Miss (15-20 minute drive north), Taylor (10-15 minute drive north), and Water Valley (10 minute drive west).
