Kollen's House, a house/cabin with an ocean view

Our wonderful and cozy house/cabin, inspired by nature and preserving harmony with its surroundings by being located in front of the sea; it will allow you to enjoy the warmth and comfort of a relaxing and quiet atmosphere, fresh air, unsurpassed views, and a lovely climate. Come with your partner, family, or friends. The space A cozy new house/cabin located on the second floor with large spaces such as a living room, dining room, the kitchen has all the necessary implements so you can prepare your favorite dishes, a full guest bathroom and shower with hot water, two bedrooms each with a double bed, the master bedroom has a bathroom, ocean view and balcony, an extra room with a bunk bed for two people, a large balcony with a living room, and hammocks so you can enjoy the view and the sound of the waves. From June to September, humpback whales can be seen from the cabin's balconies, a unique spectacle. Guest access It has a private parking lot for 3 vehicles Other things to note -Prior to check-in, guests must send a photo of their ID or passport. - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, nor in common areas such as balconies - For stays of 2 days or more, a cleaning fee ($15) will be requested, and for stays of 5 nights or more ($30) through the App. - Failure to comply with any rule may be punished with a fine as mentioned in the property regulations - If you want the (traditional) roaster oven, you must request it in advance, at the time of booking.
