Maruja's Almond Tree

Description

El Almendro de Maruja is a detached rural apartment next to a house on one of the most central streets and with the best access to Torvizcón, a beautiful village in the middle Alpujarra. It is very close to the countryside, spacious and ideal for enjoying tranquility and nature, both as a couple(s) and as a family. Torvizcón has very good public services: municipal swimming pool, paddle tennis court, gym, playgrounds, walking areas, viewpoints... The Guadalfeo River is also nearby. The space The apartment retains the original structure of the house (with wide stone walls). It has a separate entrance and consists of two bedrooms (one large double and one interior double/single), a bathroom with shower, a living/dining room with balcony and a kitchen with pantry. Except for the two steps at the entrance, everything inside is adapted for the disabled. It is fully furnished and with all the necessary furnishings to enjoy a few good days of comfort and rest. Other things to note I have my own PDF guide with useful information of interest in the area (recommendations for visiting, health services, supermarkets, hotels, etc.). Registration details Andalucia – Regional registration number VTAR/GR/02771
