A home by the sea

Enjoy a lovely beach house with sea views in a private estate. A chance to live by the sea in a relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of summer crowds. The house is well maintained and very clean. It has open views from all the rooms with the main bedroom overlooking both the sea and nearby countryside with the night lights shining each evening. Nearby amenities are a short 15 min walk down to La Concha. Ideal for families The space My wife and I live on the property and you will have the main part of the house all to yourself. The living areas downstairs (kitchen, living and dining rooms) are open and large windows with open views add a very pleasant feel to the house. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and bathroom. There is an outside terrace with table and chairs and grass areas. Guest access You can access the property by the main gate and enter your area via the front side of the property. You have the two front sides of the house at your disposal. The main backyard is open but not for guest's use. You are welcome to visit the back yard garden and feed the chickens !! Other things to note The house is great but you need to know we have no wifi and a tv without antenna connection. I prefer to let you know these important 'faults' with the house prior to your booking. The rest is well up to standard and a pleasant stay is assured.
