Wonderful home with independent entrance, with swimming pool and breathtaking sea view. With 3 bedrooms (one triple, one large double and one small double) for a total of 7 beds, upstairs. Plus a comfortable double sofa bed that can be opened and a single one, downstairs. For a total of 10 beds. One bathroom per floor, charming fireplace in the living area, spacious lava stone kitchen and a large exclusive outdoor covered terrace with a fantastic view of the gulf. The space The house is divided as follows: The house ABOVE is divided into two floors. The upper floor has three bedrooms, a triple, a large double, and a slightly smaller double with a single bed and a half, where two people can still sleep comfortably. The triple (with balcony) and the small double have a superb sea view. The floor is completed by a very large and complete bathroom with a bathtub... ; ) The ground floor of the upper house has a second bathroom with shower, a very large and beautiful lava stone kitchen and a very spacious living room with a fireplace with a semi-circular sofa and a sofa bed that becomes a double and a sofa bed for one person, as well as a nice extendable table. The house is completed by a beautiful covered terrace with a masonry countertop, an outdoor shower, and a very large outdoor table with a breathtaking view for the total number of beds in the house upstairs (10). Everything listed so far is the exclusive property of the house, which, being in an elevated position, enjoys excellent privacy. Going down one floor, there will be the shared area where you will find a nice wooden solarium area (recently renovated) next to the pool, another outdoor shower and even a ping pong table, in addition of course to the outdoor garden. In the upper part, if you come by car, you can even park your car inside the property, but honestly, since there is free parking in front of the house, we recommend that you leave the car just outside the house, it will be more convenient and easy! From a logistical point of view, the location is really great, since by car you can visit beautiful places nearby in just 10-15 minutes, such as San Vito and Macari, Erice and Valderice, Trapani and its Salt Pans, and if you have a little more time (about 20-25 minutes) you can go to Castellammare and Segesta with its temples and spas, two really beautiful places! Finally, if you prefer to walk, there is a beautiful village within walking distance (2-3 minutes on foot) with all the services (Bar/Tobacco, Bakery, Fishmonger, Supermarket) and even the bus stop! The beach is also within walking distance (about 10/15 minutes, depending on the pace)! Guest access Access will be via self-check-in. You will also have full privacy and exclusivity of the large terrace area (with a beautiful view of the sea, the gulf, and the mountain) with a canopy, a large outdoor table, a worktop, and an outdoor shower. The solarium/pool/barbecue area and garden, however, may be shared at most only with the small apartment below. However, this shared area is on the lower floor, giving maximum exclusivity and privacy to your apartment and terrace, which are located on the upper floors. ; ) For table tennis lovers, there will also be a table with all the accessories to play! Finally, there will be an outdoor security camera at the entrance to the villa. Other things to note The pool will be available year-round. Given the climate in Sicily, it will be possible to use it without problems, almost all year round. Even in the few cooler periods (only January and February), there may well be warm days, and so you can use the pool literally all year round, which is why it receives constant maintenance. For this reason, it may happen that a couple of hours every 5-7 days (depending on the season) routine maintenance must be carried out and that for these 2-3 hours, before and after the intervention, the pool cannot be used for precautionary reasons.
