The space Our space is simply wonderful, comfortable, pleasant, airy, bright, clean. We are an apartment with two suites with a living and dining room and reversible TV for both spaces, with split air conditioning making the environment pleasant, home office area, balcony, king size bed that can turn into two single beds, according to your preference (I need prior notice), bathroom with toiletries and toilet paper and bath and face towels, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, common electric stove and basic utensils such as coffee, sugar, spices, allowing the preparation of small meals, worth remembering that if you dirty, you clean, do not leave your dishes dirty!! We have a small service area with a small sink for hand washing small items. In this apart hotel, you can enjoy a breakfast buffet for a negligible amount of R$40.00 in a restaurant that serves national cuisine, lunch and dinner from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., it also serves at the pool, increasing comfort and well-being. Our parking is free, only one space. Guest access The guest will enter the condominium, identifying themselves at the guardhouse. Parking is free. Check in at the front desk. Pick up magnetic card key, Wi-Fi and luggage cart. Access to and use of apartment 602 is exclusive to the number of guests contracted. Privacy in the space overlooking the pool. Other things to note The condominium daily only makes sweeping and removal of the garbage. For weekend stays there will be no change of linens. We encourage the guest to maintain and clean the apartment itself during the stay. For longer stays, at least once a week there will be an exchange of bed and bath linens, as well as a general cleaning in the apartment, made by the accommodation team. This cleaning is not optional. For monthly stays, in addition to the value of the discounted daily rates generated by Airbnb, you will be charged for light consumption. Anyway remember we are in a time of water scarcity and save light. Guests are required to comply with the provisions of the condominium.
