Professionally managed by Canbnb. Welcome to our ample 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of Canberra's south - Tuggeranong. You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) The space BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. To Turn On the Stovetop Cooker: 1. First, you need to switch on the H/plate switch on the wall. 2. Then press the power button on the stove for 5 seconds. 3. Then choose which side of the stove then adjust the heat by pressing the button. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV which you can use. TV has access to all local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: There are 2 car parks available on the basement and free street parking but during the day it is time to 1 or 2 hr but after hours it is not timed. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's BBQ area throughout your stay. BBQ area is in the main courtyard area near the visitor parking. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Your keys are stored off-site at "ENVY - 1 Drew Street, Greenway", 300 metres from your accommodation. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. Please note: Internet/ Wi-Fi is currently unavailable at the property. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
