The space The apartment is on the ground and first floors, there are 2 entrances, one pedestrian from the courtyard and one directly from the garage. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with a bioethanol fireplace, exposed bricks and resin flooring with everything you need to enjoy lunches or dinners with friends. An industrial-style iron staircase leads to the first floor where the spacious living room is located with a 75" 4K HD smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and a modular corner sofa that, if necessary, with the use of a topper becomes a very comfortable double bed. The living room leads to the master bedroom with a double bed and a small en-suite bathroom with shower to enhance its comfort. Also on the first floor, through a small hallway equipped with a washing machine and sink, you can access the second bedroom with 2 single beds and the generously sized main bathroom with parquet flooring, wall-mounted bathroom fixtures and a courtesy kit. Throughout the house there are motorized dormer windows that guarantee natural light and air to the entire apartment. Maximum comfort is guaranteed by a modern heating and cooling system. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and are entitled to a parking space in the covered garage and a covered motorcycle space, any other cars can be parked along the street of the apartment. The TOURIST TAX must be left inside the apartment and amounts to €1 per person per day. To stay, it will be mandatory to provide the documents of all guests for check-in.
