A beautiful cottage style house with spacious patio situated on a quiet tree lined street within close proximity to Wimbledon high street, the village and the tennis tournament. Perfect for a family with young children or a couple looking for a home away from home. With great transport links, including the northern line, national rail, district and circle lines and many bus routes. You can be shopping, watching a show or dining out in central London within 25 minutes. The space Welcome to our lovely family home. The living room has a double sofa bed which we can supply bedding for should you wish to use that. The dining table is extendable for up to 6 people. We can supply a high chair if needed. The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and milk frother, if you wish to bring your own pods. We also have a Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser for the chocoholics. The Kitchen then leads out on to a pretty patio and grassed garden. It is peaceful and perfect for alfresco dining or a morning coffee in the sun. Outside there are various toys for children to play with, a table and chairs for up to 8, festoon lighting, parasols, and a barbeque. Upstairs there is large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and double bed. The second bedroom has a cot and toddler bed, but if you require a blow up mattress for a larger child or adult that can be arranged. We do also have a travel cot that we can supply for a small baby to put up in the double bedroom. There are many toys and books, which if you have your own children they are welcome to play with. There is a large and light bathroom with plenty of storage and a bath and shower. We hope you enjoy staying in our home! Other things to note A parking permit can be arranged if required. There is free parking in the evenings and weekends only.
