The space NoWorries is a detached bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the village and nearest town of Eastleigh. For walkers, Stoke Park Woods provides a variety of routes and the nearby access to the Itchen Navigation has pathways linking Winchester and Southampton. The bungalow has 2 bedrooms a lounge and well equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4. The property is NOT suitable for children under the age of 13 years but is ideal for more senior adults. The beds are both kingsize and the ensuite in the larger back bedroom has a roomy walk-in shower. The small garden and patio area can be accessed through the side gate or from the Highland bedroom. All rooms are centrally heated and there is Wifi access throughout the property. Guest access The bungalow is detached and has its own driveway with ample space for one car. Parking in the road is also acceptable and free. The main door is on the side of the house and there are patio doors at the rear of the main bedroom. The small rear garden is fenced to ensure privacy. Other things to note At the time of this listing we are still working on improvements to the outside of the bungalow, although this should not create any inconvenience to our guests it is a reasn for not accepting children. Some aspects of the garden and exterior may still show signs of work in progress. We are at the edge of the flight path for Southampton Airport but the bungalow is fully double glazed.
