For your convenience, we have a backup generator and water tank in case of service instability. The space Our spacious parking lot is the perfect place to store your jet ski safely and for free. You won't have to worry about finding a suitable place to park it or paying an additional fee. Our pool is open 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy it whenever you want. Whether you want to swim, sunbathe, or simply relax, you'll always have a place to cool off and rest. All of our units come with air conditioning, internet, microwave, and coffee maker. This will allow you to enjoy a comfortable and safe stay, with everything you need to feel at home. Guest access Are you traveling with your pet? Don't worry! Our spaces are pet-friendly, so your furry friends can also enjoy their vacation. In our spacious parking lot, your pets can walk freely and enjoy the tranquility of the area. They can also enjoy the nearby beach, as long as they are under your supervision. Please note that pets are not allowed to use the pool. If your pet enters the pool, a penalty of $150.00 will be applied. Our complex has several common areas that you can enjoy during your stay. In the gazebo area, you can relax and sunbathe. The green areas are perfect for walking, exercising, or simply enjoying nature. In the hammock area, you can rest and take a nap. Remember that all common areas are shared with other guests, so we ask that you use them with respect. Other things to note Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and despite having a monthly fumigation program, in the area you can find insects such as: mosquitoes, mosquitoes, cockroaches, and also some reptiles such as lizards, and birds such as roosters and chickens that live wild way.
