The apartment is in a very quiet area of Rosignano Marittimo, a small hill town not far from the Etruscan Coast and the sea (about 5 km). It is very easily reachable thanks to the main roads such as the Tyrrhenian Highway and the Aurelia Variant, thanks to which you can also very easily visit the main Art Cities of Tuscany, the typical Villages or you can very simply enjoy the sea and return in the evening feeling at home. The space The newly renovated and finely furnished apartment consists of a large kitchen/living room complete with all appliances, sofa and 49-inch LED TV, a double bedroom with 32-inch LED TV and walk-in closet, a bedroom with single bed, wardrobe and a desk, great if you need to work, a bathroom with large shower, a laundry room with toilet. The apartment also includes a terrace with a large awning, a comfortable table for your summer dinners and not least, a beautiful view facing the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance without stairs. It also offers private parking on the property. The apartment, being heated with a radiant panel system, is very comfortable, lending itself very well even to winter stays. Other things to note During check-in, as a matter of practice, guests are required to provide documents to register their presence at the Livorno Police Headquarters, within 24 hours of arrival, and to the Tuscany Region for ISTAT statistics purposes, plus the tourist tax contribution to be paid by guests, which must subsequently be paid by the host to the Tax Office of the Municipality of Rosignano Marittimo. The tax amount for the short-term rental category in the Municipality of Rosignano Marittimo is €0.50 per night (the tax is applied from May 1 to September 30) per person, excluding minors up to 14 years of age and other categories of people.
