Poire, 2 bedroom family cottage

La Lohuas is an old farmhouse converted into six family gîtes. The gîtes are surrounded by large grounds with green areas, playgrounds and a heated, covered swimming pool. There is also a hen house with chickens, roosters, ducks, a goose and a peacock. A shaded path leads to the stream which borders the property. The site is surrounded by fields and woods. Many walking and hiking routes are easily accessible. The space Poire is a 2 bedroom gite. The front door opens into a lounge with two comfortable sofas and exposed oak beams. To the left is a modern dining room/kitchen, including a fan oven, gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a dressing room equipped with a queen-size bed and its bathroom with WC; a second bedroom with twin beds and its bathroom with bath and WC. There is also a terrace in front of the house facing south overlooking the fish pond, then the gardens, playground and pool enclosure. It is equipped with a table, parasol and barbecue. The gite is private; the pool, gardens, playground and laundry room are shared with other travellers.
