Only 17 kilometers away from the center you will find “Jade”, a beautiful and fully air-conditioned house with all amenities. This gem is located just 50 meters from the Suriname River in Boxel and can accommodate 5 persons. The sleeping facilities are the 2 bedrooms and a folding bed and/or couch in the living room. Enjoy the comfort of the house , the beautiful garden or walk to the river via the communal driveway and enjoy the view and a lovely breeze. The space "Jade" is located together with the owner's house on 4000 m2 of land on the river and offers ample privacy to all parties. Peace is guaranteed. Guest access The guesthouse has its own entrance which is equipped with an electric gate. Other things to note Jade is in a quiet, safe and luxurious environment. Although there are taxis in the area, it is advisable to take a rental car to get around more easily. Please read the additional house rules that you will find in the property and adhere to them. The most important are: • The guest must stay in the holiday home as a good father/mother and respect the house rules. • It is mandatory to use bed linen. • It is mandatory to keep the doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on. • There is a general smoking ban in JADE. Smoking is only allowed outside the house. Cigarette butts must be thrown in ashtrays and may not be thrown in the garden or over the fence. • Pets are not allowed, because we cannot guarantee their safety with our own dogs. • A maximum of 5 people may stay in JADE. • It is forbidden to organize parties in the house. Friends are of course welcome, but a maximum of 5 people at a time. • Enjoy the garden, but picking flowers and fruit is prohibited at all times. • Respect the night's rest of the other residents between 22:00 and 05:30.
