Gorgeous house with rooftop deck overlooking the Sea. Restaurant on premises or cook in your private kitchen. 15 to 30 minutes from all Dive Shops. Private access to white sand beach. The space Very spacious house with rooftop deck. Can accommodate many people but only sleeping areas for 8. There are two beds. 1 queen and one double. There are two couches that open up into 4 recliners and one floor mattress. No overnight stay of any guests not on the reservation without prior approval and additional charges. No parties without prior agreement. Fees may apply. Jacuzzi in the picture is not listed as an amenity because it’s not available for use. Guest access All areas of entire house. Even though all ages are welcome there are many steps leading to roof top deck. Rooftop deck does having railings. The entire house is tiled. No safety devices on electric outlets. The rooftop deck has railings all around. Small pets need to be secured via leash or cage at all times while on rooftop deck. Medium to Larger dogs will not be able to fit through gaps in railing. Small dogs and cats will. Other things to note Split type AC unit in master bedroom and living, kitchen area. Guest bedroom only has ceiling fans. Please turn off A/C when leaving property. If you do exceed regular usage of electricity (running a/c when house is unoccupied,leaving all lights on ect) there may be an extra fee. Please conserve energy when possible. Electricity is very expensive in this area. Running AC cost around 3-400 pesos per day if ran constantly. Please be aware of electricity usage especially on long term stays. Excessive use may incur extra charge if abused. Never happened yet to any guest. Have an extensive TV box getting live TV from all over the world as well as thousands of movies and shows.
