Guest access Self check in: To access you will have to take out the keys from our lockbox, the code will be provided to you. as you open the little door in the gate, you'll find a charming gazebo awaiting your enjoyment. If you glance to your left, you'll spot a set of stairs leading you to the second floor, where the studio is situated. In there, you will have your own space to relax. Don't worry about your privacy because it's a perfect place for a couple or just you to spend in these Leon's warm days. You'll enjoy the daily colorful and colonial life of the people of León from the balcony. Other things to note We want your stay to be smooth and comfortable. Please take a moment to review the following house guidelines: 1. Respect the space Please treat the studio with the same care and consideration as you would your own home. 2. Quiet hours To maintain a peaceful environment, avoid loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. 3. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the studio. You may smoke in the outdoor kiosk. Make sure to fully extinguish cigarette butts and dispose of them properly. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will apply. 4. Access to additional spaces On rare occasions, the main entrance or kiosk may be used briefly to access a storage room or the empty rear apartment. If this happens, we’ll notify you in advance. ✅ Trash collection schedule: 🗑️ Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 9:00 a.m. 🗑️ Tuesday and Thursday – 5:00 a.m. 👉🏻 To prevent animals from scattering trash, it must only be taken out at these times. My cousins will access the kiosk area to help with collection. 5. Pets We love animals, but at this time we are not accepting pets. We hope to offer pet-friendly stays in the future. 6. Number of guests The studio is for a maximum of two people. If you plan to receive visitors, let us know in advance. Visitors staying past 10:00 p.m. will be considered overnight guests and subject to an additional fee. 7. No parties or unauthorized guests Parties are not allowed. If additional guests arrive without prior notice, a $16 fee per person will apply automatically. Thanks for helping us maintain a comfortable and respectful environment. 8. Damages Please inform us of any damage during your stay so we can find a solution. All damages are the responsibility of the guest and must be covered accordingly. 9. Keys You're responsible for the key during your stay. In case of loss, a full lock replacement fee will apply. 10. Check-out Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Late check-out after this time will result in a $25 fee unless previously arranged. Please turn off the A/C and lights, double-check your belongings, and leave the key in the lockbox. 11. Cleanliness Please leave the studio as you found it: dispose of trash, do not leave food in the fridge, and keep the space tidy. Otherwise, a $13 cleaning fee may apply. 12. Safety León is generally safe, but we advise closing doors and windows when leaving. We are not responsible for lost items or accidents. Contact us anytime if you need help or have concerns. 13. Utility services We have a backup water tank and pressure pump. However, occasional outages may occur and are the responsibility of local providers. No compensation will be provided for service interruptions beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding. 14.
